Sales Manager

Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager with expertise in the European market and a minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and fostering key client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans for the European market segment, aligning them with company objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners in the European manufacturing sector.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and markets within the European region.
  • Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales and revenue, track performance against targets, and report to senior management.

Qualifications :
