Job Summary:
As a Plant Supervisor at Oblum, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. With at least 7 years of industry experience, you will lead a team of production workers, manage resources, and contribute to the achievement of production targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise Plant Operations: Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of production personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Resource Management: Manage production resources, including equipment, materials, and manpower, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Quality Control: Monitor and enforce strict quality control processes to maintain product consistency and meet industry standards.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records, production reports, and documentation required for compliance and analysis.
- Inventory Management: Supervise inventory levels, track stock, and collaborate with procurement to ensure adequate supply of materials.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as necessary to meet production goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics, to streamline operations and resolve issues.

Qualifications :
